Paypal call all developers on contest for PayPal integration on an Android App, giving away a nice prize to the top 3 submitters.

The grand prize winner will get US $25000, second place gets US $15000, and third gets US $10000. Any developers working on an app that features any kind of payment system should consider incorporating Paypal and submitting their program to the contest becouse they can end up with US $25K in the pocket. Also the first 3 applications will receive marketing and PR support from PayPal to help build awareness of their application.

Any Deadlines? On the official PayPal site there are deadlines as follows:

• May 14 – Deadline to submit your application for approval
• June 3rd – Deadline for making changes
• June 7th – Application live in an Android Marketplace
• June 29th – Winners announced

So what are PayPal Requirements?

According to their developer site: “We’re looking for something new, something surprising, something with business potential, something that integrates PayPal payments. The winning application will make us say, “Wow!”
