By Detector | 27 May 2010

Google Chrome is available for download for Windows Linux and MacOS – written in native code for all platforms, it brings significant performance improvements, lightning fast JavaScript execution engine and support for important HTML5 features, including Web Sockets and drag and drop. The JavaScript acceleration and robust compatibility with emerging standards are important capabilities that will enable developers to write richer and more sophisticated Web applications. Chrome 5 is packed with Flash plugin by default, solution introduced earlier with Google’s partnership with Adobe.

The Chrome developers were able to deliver an impressive port with native theming and a complete feature set. You’ll be able to synchronize bookmarks and all browser preferences – including themes, homepage and startup settings, web content settings, preferred languages, and even page zoom settings between every platform. Why is all this, only for a browser domination? No, we thing that so much effort is included in faster and cross platform development to prepare a massive user base for a newcomer Chrome OS – based particularly on Chrome Browser. As Google offers many web services used by millions – regular and business users, the leadership is guaranteed if has his own browser and own OS system. We test several beta releases of Chrome OS, and conclude that as Chrome Browser matures – the more refine is Chrome OS.
