Americans Love Apple Computers

In the latest survey of customer satisfaction for personal computers in the United States conducted by the firm Forrester Research convincingly the best grades has Apple.
The grade of satisfaction greater than 80% has Apple; Gateway satisfied 66% of users, followed by HP, Compaq and Dell. Gateway is the only manufacturer of computers based on Windows, with more than 65% of satisfied users, which for Forrester evaluation said “Ok”, while more than 80% of satisfied users Apple said “Good”.
The entire industry of a computer manufacturers are very bad in these tests, worse are only providers for the Internet access, cable / satellite company and industry related to health insurance. [via]
