Myspace for developers

By Detector | 27 January 2009

MySpace launched a web site / service designed to enable developers to create applications for the web. The goal of this site is to allow developers to create web application in the style of Facebook applications.

Applications will use Google’s OpenSocial API, and MySpace will share their potential earnings from the advertising with developers. OpenSocial API allows applications to be able to communicate with the same applications on other sites.

However, although will allow downloading of software application, MySpace do not want to enable the integration of these applications with their home page until the process is still in the initial stage.

If you are interested for programming myspace application and “share” money with MySpace – here is the link.
