MacBook 13.3 hardware upgrade

Apple silently upgrade their base 13.3 inch MacBook model with a hardware already seen in expensive unibody models. Bad news is that white plastic is not replaced with modern aluminium unibody, but now for 999 $ buyers can get 2 GHz Core 2 Duo processor with 3MB cache and faster 1.066 MHz FSB. The RAM memory capacity is 2 GB standard, but RAM modules are still DDR2 with 667 MHz, not the DDR3 like on expensive models.


The upgrade includes nVidia GeForce 9400M graphics with 256 MB share memory and Bluetooth upgrade to 2.1 + EDR. The hard disk and optical drive characteristics are same as older models.
