Microsoft launches Thumbtack, a new online notebook service
Microsoft Live Labs announce that a new online notebook service Trumback has just lunched. Thumbtack is not another application for making list or note taking. Thumbtack allow to create different collections where you can store links and content and share it with other internet citizens.
It focuses on being a repository and crossroads for user collected content from across the web. Thumbtack users have great flexibility in their ability to view, edit and annotate content in a variety of views. It brings a new level of interactivity to the genre enabling users to interact with their collections using familiar idioms such as drag and drop, copy and paste, etc.
You can use thumbtack to:
- collect a list of your favorite restaurants and share them with your friends
- plan a trip- collect information about places to stay and things to do
- research your next purchase- store, analyze and sift through your options in thumbtack
- take notes and share them with your team.
